Program Overview

Wednesday, June 11 Workshop Opens
  Public lecture at 7 pm in the Eck Visitors Center (map) by our invited speaker Prof. Dr. Matteo Valleriani. Prof. Dr. Valleriani is a Research Group Leader in Department I at the Max Planck Institute for the History of Science (MPIWG) in Berlin, Honorary Professor at the Technische Universität Berlin, Professor by Special Appointment at the University of Tel Aviv, and Principal Investigator at The Berlin Institute for the Foundations of Learning and Data (BIFOLD).

  A reception will follow Prof. Dr. Valleriani's talk in the Atrium of the Eck Visitors Center
Thursday, June 12 Workshop continues in McKenna Hall
  Welcome, opening statements, and talks from 9 am - 5:30 pm
  Poster Papers will be displayed throughout the workshop
  Evening reception
Friday, June 13 Workshop continues with visit to the Adler Planetarium in Chicago
  Bus departs from Notre Dame campus for the Adler at 8:30 am, returns that evening
Saturday, June 14 Workshop continues in McKenna Hall
  Talks resume starting at 9 am until 5:30 pm
  Conference evening banquet at 6 pm with keynote talk by Prof. Dr. Matteo Valleriani
